Field of application
Our electric rotary kilns are widely applied in the processing of non-metallic and metallic minerals, chemical products, battery and energy materials, pharmaceutical and food-grade products, agricultural materials, and eco-friendly compounds. Engineered for robust performance and efficient heat transfer, they excel in critical processes such as activation, calcination, drying, and thermal transformation.
Non-metallic minerals
Apply to kaolin, limestone, diatomite, bentonite, talc, feldspar and other non-metallic minerals calcination, roasting and drying process.
Metal Minerals
Pretreatment and thermal decomposition of lithium ore (such as spodumene, lepidolite), rare earth ore, nickel ore and other metal minerals to improve the efficiency of mineral extraction.
Chemical products
Widely used in the roasting, decomposition and drying of catalyst carrier, molecular sieve, carbonate, hydroxide, oxide and other inorganic chemical materials.
New energy and battery materials
Lithium iron phosphate, ternary precursor, graphite anode materials, conductive carbon materials and other key battery materials.
Medicine and food
It can be used for drying and sterilizing process of pharmaceutical raw materials, natural plant extracts, food additives, pharmaceutical intermediates and other drying and sterilizing processes with high requirements for temperature control.
